Currently, we do not offer shipping. ABIL Creations is located in Riverside, Illinois and servicing surrounding suburbs and the Chicagoland area.

For boards, boxes, or cups we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can source the freshest produce, cheese and meats for you. Occasionally, we can accommodate last minute orders so don’t hesitate to ask!

For grazing tables, the sooner the better! At least 3 weeks in advance is preferred.

We welcome custom board requests. However, our standard sizes come as follows:

Small Board: 9” x 6” rectangle

Medium Board: 14” x 10” rectangle

Large Board: 17” x 12” oval

XL Board: 22” x 12” oval

No, you can keep the board!

However, for grazing tables, we use our personal boards, accessories, and food risers so those items will need to be returned after your event.

We recommend not keeping charcuterie products in your refrigerator longer than two days and no longer than one day for a crudites board.

All orders are considered confirmed upon payment, but understand that circumstances and events can change. If you need to cancel your order and it's more than 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up, we are happy to refund 50% of your order in the form of your original payment. You can also choose to receive full credit for use on a future date.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we are happy to hold your payment for a future order, however no refund will be issued. Changes to your order will not be accepted with less than 48 hours notice. PLEASE NOTE: Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled pick up or delivery will not be refunded and no credit will be given.
